Excellent work and service. From the first phone call, to the completion of work, Tony did everything to make sure that things were done right. I came in today and Tony and his guys worked quickly and efficiently on my car. They are a very honest and accommodating repair shop, something I had a hard time finding in other places. Even the front desk was helpful and polite whenever I called. I already started recommending this place to family members and I 100% recommend it to anyone! Definitely will be the first place I go to again if I need my car looked after.

Very honest and friendly shop. Service is really outstanding. I brought in my car after I was rear-ended. Tony did not mislead about the work that was necessary and he certainly could have, he even buffed out some scratches unrelated to the accident at no extra cost. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I very highly recommend Massive Collision. Take your car to Tony. This is an honest, neighbourhood business, you will not be disappointed.

I went back to Massive Auto for a repair that was still under warranty. Tony honoured his warranty no questions asked. He scheduled my car in for service and all was taken care of. Over the years, I have been impressed by this body shop's commitment to service, by the quality of their work and for their fair prices. This experience took my fear out of dealing with a claim, and a body shop, rental companies, etc. It was painless. Hopefully I will not have to go through this experience again, but if I do, Massive will be where I take my vehicle.
